Miss Amber, the Owner and Artistic Director of Fame, Inc. started her career in Dance in Youngstown, Ohio under the direction of Rennie Davis. She began the competition circuit at the age of 4, by the age of 7 she was recognized and began her professional career performing with the Pittsburg Ballet. At the age of 8 she was accepted and began specialty acrobatic training for aerial acrobatics (acrobatics that are done above floor level such as pedestal, step, cage, lift, etc. Aerial Silk training came much later.)
Amber continued to compete and train under Rennie Davis as well as Luigi (NY), Gus Giordano (Chicago), along with many others. Throughout the years she continued to train and began teaching at the age of 18 while attending college with a focus on creative writing and fine arts. She still continues her training by attending and being tested yearly through Dance Masters of America (TTS) where she is a certified Instructor.
Miss Amber has been in several musicals, national commercials, and has choreographed and taught master workshop classes through out the country as well as judging for competitions and workshops with Access Broadway, Beauty Pageants, and private studios. Her accomplishments in the studio world include Best Choreographer (too many times to count), Best Director, and Best Studio three times in the past 4 years in a row.
In 2009 she founded and is the current Executive Director of the Florida Foundation of the Arts: a not for profit organization designed to help those less fortunate attend professional classes in the arts. Miss Amber’s attention to detail and drive to achieve goals is passed on to her students with love and dedication.
